Delete pages in PDF on Mac using an online tool

To use your browser to delete PDF pages on your Mac, you can use online tools likeXodo Web. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Xodo’s online Delete Pages from PDF tool.
  2. Upload your PDF.
  3. Select the pages you wish to delete from your PDF by clicking on them. Or enter in a page range if you have larger files.
  4. Click on Delete.
  5. Once your pages are deleted, you can download and save the PDF to your device or to your cloud drive.

  3. Go to Pages > Delete.
  4. Specify the pages you wish to delete. You can select from Even Pages Only, Odd Pages Only, Blank Pages or enter specific page numbers.
  5. Click on OK.

You can also use the Page Thumbnails in the side panel to speed up the task. Click on the page icon on the left-hand side to expand the panel, click on the page thumbnail (or CTRL + click to select multiple pages) and then click on the garbage can icon and confirm your deletion.

You can also use the Preview app on your Mac to delete pages from PDF with the steps below:

  1. Choose View > Thumbnails or View > Contact Sheet.
  2. Select the page or pages to delete.
  3. Press the Delete key on your keyboard (or choose Edit > Delete).
