Text Compare

The Text Compare tool in Xodo lets you compare two Text, Word, and PDF files to highlight differences. And you can upload and compare two different file types, such as Text and PDF, Text and Word, or Word and PDF. There are two comparison options to pick from: · Semantic Text: Compare changes in semantic categories, such as headers, paragraphs, and numbers. · Image Overlay: Compare two text files by using image pixel-by-pixel comparison. Note that you can only download the files as PDF after the comparison process is completed.

It's easy to compare two text documents for differences using the Xodo Text Compare tool. The entire process is simple, allowing you to easily compare and review changes between your text directly in your browser without downloading any software. Simply upload your TXT files, choose between "Semantic Text" or "Image Overlay" comparison options, and review all the differences in your text.

To compare two Word documents, you can use the built-in "Compare" feature in Microsoft Word: 1. Open the first DOCX you want to compare in MS Word. 2. Go to the "Review" tab in the top menu. 3. You can use the online Text Compare tool to generate a comparison report showing you all the areas with different information or combine the documents into one image overlay to pinpoint the differences.

Follow these steps to compare two text files in Notepad: 1. Open the first text file, and then open the second file in a separate window. 2. In the "View" menu, select "Compare Side by Side." 3. Notepad will automatically display both files side by side, highlighting any differences in the text. You can also try Xodo for more flexibility in text comparison. In addition to TXT files, the Text Compare tool can also compare PDF and DOCX files.
