A valid payment method is required but you can cancel anytime during the free trial period. You can also download a free demo of Xodo PDF Studio for your Windows, macOS, or Linux computer, and install Xodo apps on your Android or iOS devices.

We offer volume discounts on annual subscriptions for multiple user accounts. Discounts are based on the number of users: • 5% discount for 2-5 users • 10% discount for 6-20 users If you’re interested in 20+ user accounts, please send your inquiry and our team will get back to you with a personalized quote.

Yes, you can use Xodo PDF Studio offline on your Windows, macOS, and Linux computers, as well as the Xodo mobile apps on your Android and iOS devices. With a subscription to Xodo Document Suite, you gain access to Xodo's web, desktop, and mobile platforms all with a single subscription.

If you no longer wish to use Xodo, you can cancel your subscription before the next renewal cycle. You will retain access to the paid features until the end of your subscription period. To cancel your subscription, simply go to the 'Subscription' menu under your profile in the top right corner.

We do not offer refunds, but you can cancel at any time. If you cancel your subscription before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. After your subscription expires, you will lose access to those features.

If you cancel your Xodo Web subscription, you will lose unlimited access to online tools after your subscription expires. Your subscription will change to a Free plan. Under the Free plan, you will have limited functionality: • Only 1 free action per day • No access to premium online tools • Xodo Drive capacity downgrade to 1GB
