Do you always capture and save information as screenshots? Need to access and work with them later? Turn your screenshots into PDFs whether you’re online, on Windows, Mac, or mobile devices.

Screenshots are a convenient way to capture any information instantly. You can record everything you see on-screen and preserve it as a record with just a few clicks.

But the hard part is integrating that screenshot into a file format you can work with. Don’t know where to begin? Transfer them into a PDF file!

In this guide, we’ll show you how to convert screenshots to PDF instantly in five different ways:

  • Online
  • Windows
  • Mac
  • Mobile (iPhone and Android)

Join us as we walk you through the different ways of converting your screenshots into PDFs. But first, let’s look at why you’d want to choose the PDF format.

Why convert screenshots to PDF?

While at first it may not seem like it, converting your screenshots into PDFs can be ideal for several reasons:

  • Documentation: By converting screenshots to PDFs, you can create a more organized and easily accessible document from your snap shots.
  • Presentation: As you change from screenshot to PDF, you can compile multiple images into a single document to present and display them easily.
  • Sharing: PDFs are widely compatible and can be easily shared, making your images viewable by everyone regardless of OS or device.
  • Compression: PDFs can reduce the file size of screenshots, making them easier to store and share without sacrificing their quality.
  • Annotation: You can easily annotate, add text or comments onto your screenshot while it’s in PDF format.

Whether you’re online, on Windows, Mac, or on the go with your mobile phone, we’ll help you get started.
