With 17 years of experience in the PDF industry (even before the PDF became an ISO standard), I will help you navigate through the world of digital document processing.

My experience includes writing about a wide range of PDF topics, from PDF productivity tips and security to editing and online PDF tools - which now includes Xodo! I’ve also worked closely with PDF files and end users from all tech levels, learning in depth about PDF conversion and the role it plays in different workflows.

Since my start in the PDF industry, I've come a long way. My academic background is surprisingly as non-tech as you can get: English Literature, Classical Civilizations, and World Literature at the University of Toronto. But, looking back, it put me in the perfect sweet spot I’m in today. I learned everything about the Portable Document Format and the industry from the ground up - and can now help you do the same!
